Spotlight on Mainz: Currently under construction in Mainzarea, LiS/Q will serve as a new life sciences districtproject. The facility will be located southwest of the city in the heart of the Rhine-Main region. Developed by renowned firm Karriédeveloper, the project is being executed at one of Europe’s most-important centers of activity in the life sciences. As a hub for research, development, and administration, it provides fertile breeding ground for a prosperous futurecontact.

LiS/Q consists of two atrium buildings and one additional building—connected by a green axis. A parking garage is situated beneath the primary buildings. The structures are arranged so that they create wide-open courtyards. Flooded with light, they are permeated with a relaxing atmosphere and serve as green oases, places of refuge, or even spaces for working outdoors.
